MY big idea for THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
When tasked with establishing Kinaxis as a thought leader in the supply chain space (back in 2019) a colleague and I proposed creating a sub-brand called Big Ideas in Supply Chain under which we could repurpose some of our best video content. The pilot project was a series of topical playlists packaged with "Ted Talk style" Big Ideas bumpers. It was an enormous success and led us to create a complimentary podcast as well. 
Today, Kinaxis uses Big Ideas in Supply Chain as a powerful thought leadership content creation system under which they host global summits, webinars, podcasts and so much more. Here is the webpage representing the Big Ideas in Supply Chain brand today:
